Mm, spicy!

Today was my last day of working with the little kids. Sob, sob, tear tear, not SOB SOB. Please. I'm just gonna list them, so I don't forget.

Audrey
: Blonde girl I didn't start to get to know until today. She dumped sand on my head.
Kendall: Brown haired girl I also didn't start to get to know until today. She also dumped sand on my head.
Maya: We had fun making wieghts out of her bandana and sand. (Sadly, most of these have to do with sand.)
Zoe: Portuguese kid who helped clear the slide of sand. (See? Sand!)
Alexandra: Erm, quite annoying, but her heart is in the right place. She's going to...oh, hell with it, Burkes next year.
Elsa: This girl I keep wanting to call FREYA! She reminds me of a mouse. Adorable.
Gabriel: LOUD! But I love him. We got poisoned by his frog. :)
Griffen: Aww, I don't really know him. :( But hey, he's adorable.
Sam: He took me off to jail, despite my protests.
Eric: He tried to scare me tooo many times by shouting BOO into my ear.
Helen: Eric's twin. I didn't realize this until like, yesterday. I didn't really talk to her.
Amina: Totally Katherine. She had this katherine-esque frown that Katherine had in all of her lower school pictures.
Lauren: This girl is completely double jointed in both her hands. It's kinda creepy, but she's really cute. She gave me a flower.
Frances: Aka Frannie. Adorable. She has these two cute buckteeth.
James: Frannie's brother. He too tried to scare me by shouting BOO into my ear.
Katie: She was pretty sullen most of the time and wouldn't talk to me unless Frannie needed to.
Sierra: We counted a lot and compared our ages. I told her that I was 14, and she said, "I thought so! I saw the braces."
Maddie: GORGEOUS hair! Gorgeous! It's so pretty and blonde. She didn't want to ride the merry-go-round, and we talked about cockroaches. I told her they could live without heads for 10 days, and she didn't believe me.
Delaney: Cute, but kinda like Katie - she didn't really talk to me.
Amanda: My abfab tiger buddy. Need I say more? It was her idea to bury me in sand.

OOh, and we went to Jakarta! FINALLY! And the Black Panther's exhibit, which I found informative, if not biased, violent, and one-sided. But what can you expect from a opressed black group? They did some pretty neat things, such as opening up public free health clinics and giving breakfast to ghetto kids. (Not "GHETTO" kids, ghetto kids. Remember Ms P, guys and dolls...)
